Guarantee.\u00a0 We thought we might be lucky to get a couple of people putting their hand up to help us.\u00a0 It\u2019s no understatement to say we were \u2018swamped\u2019 with applications.\u00a0 We\u2019d offered 2 x movie tickets to incentivise people to come and chat with us \u2013 hardly a bribe worth writing home about, and yet here we were having to shortlist people and extend our production schedule to allow for the increased demand.<\/p>\n<p>We felt incredibly privileged to have customers so keen to champion our product, and they did an outstanding job of covering all the we\u2019ve worked hard with them to try and resolve the issue and improve those scores.<\/p>\n<p>The other most fascinating part of our research tells us that an enormous 38% of our business comes as a direct result of \u2018Word of Mouth\u2019.\u00a0 \u00a0It\u2019s our most powerful medium, and the reason we stand behind our product so staunchly, and do everything within our power to ensure that the customer experience is a positive one.\u00a0 Following that, not surprisingly really \u2013 is the \u2018Repeat Customer\u2019 \u2013 21% of our business.\u00a0 \u00a0Once you\u2019ve had a
